2.1 Legal Consultation Services

These services involve professional legal advice and guidance. Scheduling is managed through our contact form. Consultations are conducted via phone or online meetings.

2.2 Legal Information Products

BizLawMax provides legal guides, templates, and educational materials designed to help business owners understand the legal landscape. Access to these products is granted electronically upon completion of purchase.

2.3 Document Services

Includes drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents for clients. Documents are delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Legal Consultation Services Refunds

Refunds for consultation services are granted only if the session is canceled by BizLawMax or if the client cancels with at least 24 hours' notice in advance. In cases of late cancellation or no-show, no refund is available. Clients may reschedule a consultation by contacting us via the contact form at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

3.2 Legal Information Products Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for information products are provided only if the product is defective or not as described. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase using the contact form. Upon approval, a full refund will be processed through the original payment method.

3.3 Document Services Refunds

Given the bespoke nature of document preparation services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. If you believe there was an error or deficiency in the delivered documents, please notify us promptly through the contact form. We will work with you to address and resolve any issues. Transfers of pending document services to a different client or project are possible upon mutual agreement and must be arranged in advance.

3.4 No Refund Services

Certain services, such as emergency or expedited consultations and non-refundable retainers, explicitly do not permit refunds due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments. This will be clearly indicated during service selection and confirmation.
